MULTIVAC
Visual inspection systems are used for checking the quality of packs and their labels or marking automatically. The tasks range from inspecting labels and printed data to checking the completeness of the packs. Thanks to their reliable inspection performance and consistently high inspection quality, visual inspection solutions from MULTIVAC make a significant contribution to an efficient and dependable packaging procedure.
Our portfolio includes sensors and code readers for simple inspection tasks as well as camera inspection systems for meeting complex requirements. Visual inspection systems are available as stand-alone models or can be seamlessly integrated. They can be optimally designed to meet the individual needs of our customers and feature a high level of cost-effectiveness.
The flexible and custom configurable stand-alone model I 410 performs visual inspection tasks precisely and reliably over a long period of time. The products and packs are either transferred from an upstream transport unit or fed in manually. An ejection device ejects the reject packs. Operation is easy and safe using the control terminal with HMI 2.0.
The I 420 visual inspection system is designed for integration into MULTIVAC thermoforming packaging machines and can be custom configured for the respective inspection task. The equipment spectrum includes sensors for Presence monitoring of products and labels, as well as camera systems for monitoring printed images and content on films and labels.
The MULTIVAC product portfolio comprises a wide range of packaging technologies, labelling and marking equipment, quality control systems, and automation solutions. Our product range is completed with equipment upstream of the packaging machine in the areas of portioning and processing, as well as bakery technology. Thanks to our comprehensive expertise in packaging lines, all modules can be integrated into complete solutions. They guarantee a high level of operational and process reliability, as well as efficiency.
